Timeline
Gründung
Beginning of 1970, Claus Heinrich Jebens founded the Jebens Industriebau GmbH as well as the Jebens KG (GmbH & Co.) for the purpose to develop and rent out agricultural businesses and commercial real estate. In the year of 1994, Klaus-Peter Jebens took over the management of the Jebens Group with a focus on commercial real estate.
Merkur Park
In April 1995, the ground-breaking ceremony for the approx. 75 acres large Merkur Park Hamburg takes place. The goal of the development is to create a nationally unique commercial park. A majority of the commercial real estate developed over the coming years are developed by the Jebens Industriebau GmbH and rented out long-term by the Jebens KG (GmbH & Co.).
Merkurring 60-62
Im Jahre 1999 beginnt die Jebens Industriebau GmbH mit dem Bau des Logistikzentrums für Gruner + Jahr im Merkur Park Hamburg. Diese Gewerbeimmobilie mit einer Größe von xxx m² Lager- und xxx m² Bürofläche gilt als eines der größten Einzelprojekte der Jebens Industriebau GmbH.
Merkurring 100
Anfang des Jahres 2000 wird das Bürogebäude der Jebens-Gruppe im Merkur Park Hamburg fertiggestellt. Bis heute haben die drei bestehenden Firmen der Jebens-Gruppe im Merkurring 100 ihren Firmensitz mit ca. 600 m² Halle und ca. 500 m² Büro.
Golf & Country Club Brunstorf
In 2002, the club house of the Golf & Country Club Brunstorf opens its doors. The planning and execution is carried out by the Jebens Industriebau GmbH. The total area of the club house amounts to approx. 2.500 m².
Victoria Park Hamburg
Due to the growing demand for commercial properties in Hamburg, Klaus-Peter Jebens launched the project Victoria Park Hamburg in 2015. On a total area of approx. 84 acres, a new business park will be created here as an addition to the existing Merkur Park. The properties are sold to selected companies as well as developed by Jebens Industriebau GmbH.
