Jebens Industriebau GmbH is a Hamburg-based property development company that has been developing and managing commercial real estate since 1970. The company’s flagship project is the Merkur Park in Hamburg-Rahlstedt.

On a total area of approx. 300,000 m², a large number of commercial real estate for office, exhibition, service and warehouse use has been developed, of which 12 properties were built by Jebens Industriebau GmbH and leased long term by Jebens KG (GmbH & Co.).

Since the completion of the Merkur Park Hamburg and the sale of the existing properties, Jebens Industriebau GmbH has been conducting the technical and commercial management for a large part of the existing buildings as well as the green maintenance of the entire area. In addition to numerous commercial real estate, Jebens Industriebau GmbH has also realized residential and special real estate in the past.
