Jebens KG (GmbH & Co.) was founded in 1970 as part of the Jebens Group. Since its founding, Jebens KG has been engaged in the long-term leasing of existing properties.

Following the completion of Merkur Park Hamburg, Jebens KG leased out the properties developed by Jebens Industriebau GmbH. Renowned companies such as Gruner + Jahr, BASF Coating Services, SICK AG, Hein & Oetting and Ibeo Automotive Systems are among the first tenants. Even after the sale of the properties, the majority of these tenants are still based in Merkur Park and will continue to be looked after by the Jebens Group.

The only inventory object in Merkur Park Hamburg, which is still rented and owned by Jebens KG, is the headquarters of the Jebens Group in Merkurring 100.
